We bought a house in East Finchley with an initial plan to add an additional house at the rear of the property. After splitting the land legally, we were made a direct offer to sell the house and land separately for £490k and £110k respectively. Neither of the purchases completed, so we kept the 10% deposits and sold them again for £480k and £110k respectively.
