We have carved out a side land from an existing development and applied for planning for 1x 1 bedroom flat and 1x 2 bedroom flat. The plan was to enhance the planning to make it 3x 1 bedroom flats, however we have decided to see if we can sell the land with the current planning at an auction. We have received a good offer and have sold the land with planning.
